Hosting provider logs

Like any web server, our hosting provider’s server (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland) records technical logs for each visit: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser. This data is used only to operate and secure the website (legal basis: legitimate interest) and is retained according to the provider’s policy. Switzerland benefits from a European Commission adequacy decision.

Emails you send us

If you write to contact@achat-z.com, we use your address and the content of your message only to reply and follow up (legal basis: legitimate interest or pre-contractual steps). This data is never sold or transferred. It is kept for as long as our exchange requires and at most three years after the last contact, unless the law requires longer retention. Our email is hosted by Infomaniak.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@achat-z.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
