OperatingWe are an independent third-party seller on Amazon.fr, specialising in DIY and gardening.
Our model is online arbitrage: we find products at retailers whose price allows them to be resold on Amazon, buy them, inspect them on arrival, then list them for sale.

Our in-house management software
In daily useOnline arbitrage means many small operations running in parallel: purchases, orders, parcels, refunds, returns. Rather than stitching generic tools together, we built our own.
It covers the following areas:
- Purchasing and orders
- Inventory
- Financial reconciliation
- Returns and disputes
- After-sales exchanges with suppliers
Our team uses it every day. Some modules are still being developed or migrated. For confidentiality reasons, we do not describe how it works.
Technical approach
The software was first built on Google Apps Script and Google Sheets. It is being migrated step by step to a PostgreSQL database hosted on Supabase, with automation, access control and regular backups.
For development, we use AI coding assistants, including Anthropic’s Claude.
An outlook: opening it to other sellers
Under studyOther online arbitrage sellers probably face the same difficulties we do. We are exploring whether to offer them our software.
